Rule 72
Consultancy services can be obtained by asking for proposals from consultants in the existing list
(1) Public body "Consulting services of less than twenty lakh rupees" Section 6A of the Act. It can be purchased by requesting a written technical and financial proposal from the consultants in the existing list.
(2) When requesting a proposal according to sub-rule (1), as far as possible six and at least three consultants should be sent documents related to the proposal in separate envelopes for technical and financial purposes.
(3) Proposal evaluation method according to sub-rule (2) should be chosen according to quality and cost method.
